AsianStan offers products related to Korean and Asian culture, including albums, official products, accessories, textiles, stationery, handmade creations, and other carefully selected items.

The essential characteristics of each product, its availability (in stock, pre-order, or restocking), and, where applicable, any specific sales conditions are specified on its product page.

Products from the Sigorlife collections may be produced in small quantities or using handmade processes. Slight variations in color, texture, or finishing may occur and do not constitute a lack of conformity.

Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.

Article 4 – Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT included).

Delivery fees, when applicable, are indicated to the customer before the final confirmation of the order.

AsianStan reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products are invoiced based on the prices applicable at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 5 – Orders

An order is considered concluded after its validation by the customer and subject to acceptance by AsianStan. A confirmation email is sent to the customer at the email address provided during the order process.

AsianStan reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including in cases of stock shortages, obvious errors in the price or description of a product, suspected fraud, non-payment, or previous disputes with the customer.

In the event that a product becomes exceptionally unavailable after the order has been confirmed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may receive a refund of the amounts paid if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due at the time the order is confirmed.

The accepted payment methods are those offered on the website during the checkout process.

Article 7 – Delivery

Returned products must be complete, unused, and, whenever possible, returned in their original packaging.

Official K-pop products may contain items distributed randomly by the manufacturer (photocards, inclusions, pre-order benefits, or similar items). This random nature, when stated on the product page, does not constitute a lack of conformity and cannot justify an exchange or refund.

Products offered as pre-orders or manufactured on demand are subject to the specific conditions indicated on their product page.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property
