Design story by SigorLife:

Buan is a rural region located in Jeollabuk-do Province, south of Seoul, South Korea. Bordered by the sea, it is renowned for its lively fish market.

Among all the seafood, the small animals depicted on this t-shirt are the ones we notice the most... and also our favorites!

In Korean villages, all neighbors know each other and maintain very strong bonds. We imagined that, under the sea of Buan, these small inhabitants also lived like a real village: that they all knew each other, cared for each other, and shared a beautiful camaraderie.

It is this tender idea that gave birth to this design

Put on this t-shirt and come discover Buan. Let's play together by the sea!
